Almost there!

A lot of people have asked me what the two-year life plan course is going to be like, and since it's where all of my energy and excitement is right now anyhow, I figured I'd just tell you!

The course has been written, built, and all set up. Right now, my editor is going through it with a fine-toothed comb, and and it's being tested by a few early birds. It's getting close! But what is it?

Basically, it's made of three sections.

Explore - where you're guided through the exercises I do with my coaching clients that expand your possibilities, get you in touch with the things you really care about, and explore how those passions could tangibly come to life in your life.

Plan - where you actually make your two-year plan. Over the years of doing this, I've learned there's more to it than just making a list of resolutions. (Especially if you want them to work.) In this section, I guide you through narrowing down your possibilities, making specific and achievable goals, and crafting a plan that includes your whole person and your whole life.

Make It Real - the last section is about how to use that specific, excellent plan for the next to years to actually get to your dreams. We go through monthly, weekly, and daily actions, and give you the tools to make consistent progress, and handle obstacles that come up.

End-to-end, it covers everything I know about making your dreams real, and it's packed full of neuroscience and psychology research to help us get out of our own way, and let our brains work for, not against, us.

I've also created an online community in Slack for folks who go through the course to ask questions, get support, and cheer each other on.

To be totally honest with you, I'm almost giddy with excitement about this thing.

It works, it's easy to use, and I can't wait to see it working for people, and hear the stories of them - and maybe you! - going after and getting their dreams.

Just seven days, and some fine-tuning left. :)

See you next week!

-Steven

p.s. The best thing I saw all this week is Mary Kibbe's funny and incisive piece on intention. "Intention is a load of horse shit."
