If you deal with depression, most of all, know that you're not alone, and you're not crazy. I and millions of people (about 20% of the population) deal with it too. It sucks and it is some major bullshit to go through.

And second, you're going to be ok, I'm going to be ok, and we're going to be ok. Figuring out depression is mind-bending and weird and exhausting and really, really hard sometimes. But you can do it.

There are great resources out there, and if mine don't resonate for you, just keep looking. Find what works for you, and keep searching until you've got it.
